An easy to make smooth syrup that dissolves almost instantly when adding to mixed drinks, desserts and sorbet recipes. Refrigerate for up to one month.
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
2. Allow the mixture to come to a boil and continue to boil for 3 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat and cool to room temperature. Pour into a clean jar or bottle and refrigerate for approximately one month.
